CJ6系列電動機操動機構是我公司自主開發(fā)的隔離開關用電動機操動機構?？捎糜?0.5kV～1100 kV戶外高壓隔離開關和接地開關分、合閘操動。其中CJ6B主要用于操動40.5kV～72.5kV戶外高壓隔離開關和接地開關；CJ6A主要用于操動252kV～550 kV戶外高壓隔離開關和接地開關； CJ6U主要用于操動550 kV及以上特高壓隔離開關和接地開關。
CJ6 type motor operating mechanism is independently developed by our company and used for opening and closing operation of 40.5kV～1100 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES. Among them, CJ6B is mainly used for operating 40.5kV～72.5 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES; CJ6A is mainly used for operating 252kV～550 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES; CJ6U is mainly used for operating 550 kV and above UHV DS and ES.

3.結構特點：Structural Features
CJ6系列機構結構主要分為3部分：機構箱、驅動機構以及面板裝配。
CJ6 type of mechanism mainly divided into three parts: mechanism box, driving mechanism and panel assembly.
l其中機構箱箱體采用優(yōu)質304不銹鋼鉚接結構、外形美觀，具有可靠防水、防塵、防腐及防銹蝕，單層門機構箱外殼防護等級為IP55級；雙層門機構箱外殼防護等級為IP66級；
lThe mechanism box adopts excellent 304 stainless steel reveting constructions with good-looking appearance. It is water-proof, dust-proof, anticorrosion and anti-rusted. The enclosure protection level of the mechanism box with single-layer door is IP55; the enclosure protection level of the mechanism box with double-layer door is IP66.
l驅動機構部分主要由電動機、兩級蝸輪減速器和控制回路組成。電動機的動力通過兩級蝸輪蝸桿減速，傳給輸出軸，從而帶動隔離開關或接地開關實現(xiàn)分閘、合閘動作。機構的合閘、分閘及輸出轉角、操作時間都是靠行程(微動)開關來控制實現(xiàn)。
lThe driving mechanism part is consist of motor, twoclass turbine reducer and control circuit. The driving force of the motor will transmit to output shaft by twoclass turbine reducer, then to drive DS or ES to realize opening and closing operation. The opening and closing of the mechanism, output angle and operating time are all realized by the stroke switch(microswitch).
l面板裝配即元器件裝配，元器件全部裝配在一塊操作面板上，各種操作按鈕及開關位置方便直觀。
lPanel assembly means components assembly, which means all the components should be assembled on one operating panel, and all kinds of operation button and switch positions are easy to be seen.

CJ6系列電動操動機構每年應用于國內外近200個工程項目，產(chǎn)量近3000臺，隨開關本體遠銷至白俄羅斯、委內瑞拉、菲律賓、埃及、埃塞俄比亞等多個國家和地區(qū)。
CJ6 motor operating mechanism has been applied to nearly 200 projects in domestic and abroad every year, with nearly 3000 annual output. The mechanisms together with its main body switchgear have been sold to the republic of Belarus, Venezuela, the Philippines, Egypt, Ethiopia and many other countries and places.
